CommTrack - Commission Tracking

How easy is Commtrack to use?
Very simple. You select the invoices from QuickBooks. A screen comes up showing invoices selected, change any commission rates,   click on calculate and print reports, that's it.

Does CommTrack™ calculate commission on Sales or can you do it on gross profit?
Both. When you use Gross Profit CommTrack gets the costs from the QuickBooks item on the Standard edition. If you purchase the Premier edition you can get costs from Bills, Purchase orders or even from QuoteWerks estimates. 

What if I don't want to pay commissions on an item or on multiple items?
 You can bypass any item by adding it to the Bypass table in CommTrack.

Will CommTrack allow me you set a rate per item?
Yes you can set up a generic rate or an amount per item. Or you can set up a specific rate on an item for each Rep.

Can I have a different Rate for each Customer based on start date?
Yes you set up to three different start dates and give a rate for each period.  

I need to split commissions on an invoice between 3 reps, is that possible?
Yes. You split commissions between up to five reps. There three ways to do this, on the invoice, after commissions are processed or on the salesperson maintenance screen.
